Act to be amended

This just makes me

I can't even get through entire articles of this nature anymore

Really making me de-moer in......

If they do this, I have a feeling all the people queueing for licenses atm will sue the guavamint, or at the v least take the issue to court.

Something very underhand is brewing here, big time. There is just way to much "happening" all of a sudden with regard to the Telecoms industry. IMO, either Gov / DoC has bungled (ok we know they have) extremely badly and they are running scared, maybe the threat of being exposed is immenent.

The other alternative is that they have gained insight into Telscums deep dark secrets and now finally decided that they want it all, for themselves. I mean, would'nt that make a nice retirement package? Create income for the expanding family, and their offspring.

Once again our beloved gov has gone from the one moment touting librelisation and competition, to grabbing it all for themselves, and shutting down any means of competition to take place. Besides the obvious, I forsee a telecoms disaster about to hit us.

Looks at the Telkom monstrosity.. never abused?? yah right.

Ok so they privatise telkom. Then the make another company that will be even more more powerful than telkom. Imagine the bribery and corruption that will take place. And poor service. Cos every1 has to source bw from them. Whats the difference between telkom and them? theyre both guvamint anyways........
I wonder when i will be able to watch youtube videos freely without worrying about my cap :(

@bekdik, at the moment everyone blames all problems regarding the unavailability of affordable true broadband in this country on Telkom because whichever service provider you use they all have to make use of Telkom at some point along the line. With government poking their fingers into the telecommunications sector again by creating Infraco we look likely to go from a twosome to a threesome with no prizes for guessing who is going to get screwed from two sides
