Action Replay (AR) Max

Okay i know the question i'm gonna asked,has been asked before ( Last year).but where in Cape Town or anywhere else in South Africa can i but the Ar Max disk.Keep in mind i'm on the West Coast,so i would prefer Cape Town.Pleas help.
