A meat-rich diet will also cause bloat as meat tend to digest slower, and use energy from your body to do so.

I have used the powder (last week in fact) and it is very cheap. Get ready for a black mouth and stool. Quite a laugh. Oh yes it works.

I only drink DeCaf though....so surely my coffee still counts as water as it has no caffeine witch is a diuretic?
The problem with coffee is it dehydrates you, dehydration causes bloating. Instead of trying all these fancy charcoal tablets and blah blah try drinking a half a glass of water an hour or even a full glass.
Why do you want to spend money on all these fancy gimmicks when you could just drink tap water or for the more pedantic bottled water?. Water is a key aspect of any healthy diet. It does so much for your system. Far more than activated charcoal. By drinking your one puny glass of water before time you are bloating yourself up because now your body in survival mode and that means storing every little ml of water you put into it, thus you bloat like a beachball haha
and you believe all that marketing hype 'n schit? But I only drink DeCaf....and it is the caffeine that dehydrates you.
and you believe all that marketing hype 'n schit?
heh? It is a scientific fact that caffeine is a diuretic is it not?
the decaf part...heh? It is a scientific fact that caffeine is a diuretic is it not?
Eat fruit?????? drink more water????????? F no i just got my 180 tablets of activated charcoal bitches!!!!!!!
the decaf part...
This... thanks KillaSo what you referring to meneer?
Something interesting as well is this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dichloromethane
That is what they use to remove the caffeine, sounds somewhat dangerous. I have not seen any warning labels but only some countries carry the warning.
It is interesting that decaf does not mean 100% as mickey points out. They say 97% is removed but honestly how do know. Does it say on the label how much caffeine is in the product?
For bloat I'd suggest cutting out diary for 2-3 weeks and see if that helps.
Yes.heh? It is a scientific fact that caffeine is a diuretic is it not?
The body adapts to that too. No/small diuretic effect in long term coffee drinkers (a few weeks). The problem with coffee is it dehydrates you, dehydration causes bloating.
haha. That is probably more likely to cause stomach ulcers than bloatedness. Is his diary full of schit?
Stop swallowing occie![]()
