You will not be able to load data monthly.
But what you can do is add a monthly package to your contract.

500MB = R150
1.2GB = R250
3GB = R400

As far as i am aware, only on the pre-paid RBM not contract.
That's why you can't load data when you want,
You have to get it add as an option to you contract.
