Adding a data bundle with Nashua as the SP?

I tried to add a data bundle via the VC web site but the option doesn't seem available. Neither is there an option on the Nashua site. Any ideas (other than phoning them)?

I'm now on the Smart Standard 229 package.

Remove Nashua Mobile as SP, add Vodacom SP as SP.
 
Just started a new contract, can I do that?

I never chose them, was the result of multiple m&a's over the years. And honestly I've never had any hassles with them.

It would be best to give them a call , i cant find anything on the website.
 
You need to call... They can add bundles while you are on the call and the whole thing won't take more than a couple of minutes.
Not sure if it'll speed up the process but I prefer to use their 011 2078000 switchboard number, rather than the 0861 call centre number.
 
One of the biggest reasons I left NM, there online CS systems (or lack thereof) suck.

I wanted to add a top up bundle to my contract, the lady said that I needed to fill out an application. I phoned back till somebody finally grasped what I was trying to do and then it still took ages for the bundle to come through. (I had a HelloPeter complaint but I see they bin the older ones)
