I was wondering if anyone has a solution for my problem? We need to create a church address book which needs to contain the following:
Picture of family
Telephone number of adults in the family
Email address of adults in the family
Peoples names
Birthdays
Maybe other data like the duty team they are in, etc
We had a programmer in the church that created a "program" that queries a db and then writes to PDF or CSV. My issue is that this solution does not lend itself to handing over this process to someone else.
The key requirement is that the information from the solution needs to be able to export to PDF and CSV.
Present the details like shown above
And be able to easily capture details, even allow multiple people to make changes or update there own details
I preferably looking at a phone app or cloud solution that is free but open to any suggestions. I have thought about Excel but it is not that flexible and difficult to easy manage photos of people.
