ADLS in Durbanville

We've reported this fault. No change - multiple times a day the throughput just drops to minimum. Even changing to a different ISP makes no difference......

There are major ongoing congestion problems in the centre of Durbanville.

15kbps on a 10 Mbps line !!! ;#{

Experiencing similar issues in the area. Changing ISPs doesn't help. Port reset hasn't changed anything either. Can't even stream a youtube video on the lowest of settings without it buffering. Upload speeds are shocking as well. Not possible to upload a 2MB file to dropbox.
