Adobe CS4 upgrade

Which upgrade do I purchase?

I have MX 2004 Suite and I want to buy CS4 Web Suite Standard.

I can not open the upgrade eligibliity page. Which upgrade do I purchase?

There are 3 options

1. Upgrade from CS3 suite - obviously not this one
2. Upgrade from any suite - possibly this one
3. Upgrade from any single program including Dreamweaver MX etc

MX 2004 Suite is not listed among the options for upgrade - do I take my chances with number 2? It is $614

I can get stolen software for free too. But I want to pay for my software, because I have a conscience. I have windows and office and I paid for that too. You are not seeing the big picture, ie do unto others as you expect them to do unto you...
