Need some info , can i run a adsl connection and a hsdpa at the same time ? Out adsl at work has been dodgy at times , and the boss works from home , so what i was wondering if we put on a hsdpa modem on there , and leave the internet connection ( adsl ) thats running though the network , would it cause any conflicts ?

the method to my madness is that if we at work and boss is working from home and the adsl is down here , he can still connect to his work pc though the hsdpa

Thanks

The 7402GX would be a great option for this kind of setup, it supports failover between ADSL<>3G with smtp server that can notify you when the connection fails over.

We have also done extensive testing on VPN connection on the 7402GX between failover of DSL and 3G, the uptime is quite impressive.

The answer is : Yes, but you'd need something to control the 2 connections, because having them both connected at the same time for what you want to do will not work.
