ADSL data usage

Hi folks

This is most likely a complete noob question, but I need to ask it. Is there a way that I can see what my monthly data usage is on my line? Telkom is my ISP, I dont see a type of meter on their site. I have DU meter on my local machine, but I need a collective indication of what the total usage was (incl WIFI, streaming on TV etc).

Please help?

Edit: I see titracker only gives data usage as a percentage of the bundle on capped accounts now.

Try turning your router off to end your session:

Most users wouldn't know what to do with it nor would they care. Would just end up being a waste of paper and make the bill more complex.

I do not recall any of the ISP's I have used ever providing the total data usage on the bill.
