ADSL dies at 7 every night

Same problem for me (Midrand), at about 7 line drops and I can only connect about an hour later with crap latency thereafter.

In addition my connection speeds are seldom better than 1000 -1400 seems i got better with a 512 line now have a 1g line.

Well, still no luck from my side, listened to the line and didnt hear anything strange. Line settings seemed decent enough.

However I finally got in touch with someone at Telkom intelligent enough to realize there is a problem with the line(thanks Mark) and that a technician should be dispatched, should arrive next week sometime...
