I know this is more for the ADSL forum, but I'm posting it here because I think it will be useful for those of us on iBurst that are probably going to move over.

I've given up on iBurst - so now I'm just using them while I search for other (better) options. I'm looking for something along the lines of ADSL or DSL (aren't they the same?). Can anyone suggest a good provider and package to more or less meet what I have now (except it would actually work, of course)?

At the moment I've got the package with a 2.5GB cap... I think it's Pro Ultra Mega Extreme Novice Dude ULTRA or something. They can't even name their products properly.

Guys I have just moved and am with Openweb. So far they are great. I had some issues and e mailed Mrbeep, who by the way is the CEO and he replied late at night and was great. I really recommend them.

Cybersmart, an ISP which has opted to charge for bandwidth according to access speed, offers a 3 GB top-up account to their DSL 384 subscribers at R 189.00 per month

That's not too bad... should work out to be about R452.90 with the line rentals included.
