Issues with Heuweloord Exchange
I have the same issues, Pings to telkom.co.za range from 20ms to 1200ms. At times the ave ping is 800ms.
Phoned telkom many times logged tickets, which they keep on closing.
The latest was that the exchange is over utilized and they cant do anything.
When i phoned them last week the guy said they are getting annoyed at gamers that complains about high latency, and that we should stop playing games online, as it's overloading the exchange.
