ADSL Line noise?

Hi,

I have no idea about line noise and stuff but here is my reading on my 4mb line, was just wondering if there is a problem because for the last month my speeds have been very erratic...

Upstream 512000
Downstream 3648000
SNR Margin(Upstream) 14 dB
SNR Margin(Downstream) 6.0 dB
Line Attenuation(Upstream) 30.0 dB
Line Attenuation(Downstream) 57.0 dB
CRC Errors(Upstream) 36039
CRC Errors(Downstream) 0
Latency(Upstream) Fast
Latency(Downstream) Fast

Have the same problem, Reported it this morning and was escalated to tech department looks like a line fault. Speedtest.net gives me between 0.43mb to 0.8mb
