My offices are based in Kempton Park and my ADSL lines have been down for the past 5 days. I am still waiting for a technician from Telkom. Is there anybody else that I could complain to regarding their shocking service. If I had to offer similar service to my clients I would have been out of business a long time ago.

This service is indeed unacceptable. Please check your email and let me know if you received my suggestions. Can you also please let us know when the problem is solved, and whether you received credits (in what form and how much) because of this downtime.

Thanks for the help and mail. They have managed to sort it out after hounding the call centre and threatening to cancel the service . I have also sent you a mail. How would I go about getting credits ?
