Adsl lock activated now not able to authenticate

I activated the Dsl lock today after reading about it online. Tonight my session expired, now it cannot authenticate. Dsl lock section is also missing from clientzone. What an ef up.

Apologies for the late reply. I got helped by sending an SMS with Help to 32541, there was an ongoing auth issue not related to me locking the ADSL at the time. Unfortunately as has been observed before the network status on the website reflected nothing of the sort, even though the issue persisted for longer than an hour.

AfriFella please address this :-) Other than that, my connection is rock solid stable, staying up for the full duration of the session (7 days?) Did I mention that Afrihost has been the ISP I always return to after trying a few others.

I like the new Whatsapp chat feature as well.

It might look like I get something to say all these things. Yes, I get good internet that fits my requirements at the best price. :-)

With regard to the network status, it's something we definitely feel strongly about and we're working on putting more mechanisms in place to ensure we can get timely notices. We've seen a lot of improvement, but always room to get better.
