ADSL problems explained

Anyone else getting this.

I tried using the SAIX proxy on firefox, but get the following when trying to access any site:

Forbidden
You were denied access because:

Access denied by access control policy.

Hmmm.....

I'm able to access it using a SAIX ADSL user account...

Thanks. Today it's working. Yesterday no luck.

... and we had line synch problems as well to top it all off Telkom say they are going to drop us to a lower speed... they are not interested in fixing the line even though it has been synching fine for the past year.

... and to top it all off... our Neotel backup didn't work.... been on the line to them as well... and waiting for them to call back

I have had this problem for 3 years now. My line use to sync @ 4mb now I only get 1mb and no sync when it looks like its going to rain. (Which has been half a day, every day for the last couple of weeks)

Seems we have been hit with a third incident as my home adsl has just lost all connectivity (ppp light not burning on router) for 2 hours and counting.
