ADSL Problems?

Are you guys also experiencing problems like high latency and timeouts with ADSL? Specifically between JHB and CT?

I am busy downloading Ubuntu Linux from IS and the download is spiking up and down. Full speed and then nothing, full speed and then nothing?

The graph on DU Super Controller looks more like a heart monitor readout than a download.

Trying to find things to download to use up my remaining 1.7GB before tomorrow.

Possibly just me - but international is DEAD.

EDIT: actually HTTP working... all the rest dead (skype, messenger, remote desktop, other VOIP)
