Adsl Setup

Hi all
Are tere any small companies in the capetown area that do network support.
I have a home setup that I nedd to get working corectly.
The wired side is ok ....but not the wireless side.

If you post here what the Wireless side should be or where you are stuck we will be able to guide you without a hitch.

What is the Router model?
What do you need/require?

It should be easy enough to guide you through the setup process. Just give us some info on the router you are using and what your requirements are.

Hi Teraside & Fayainz
Pada has been assisting me ...but I have not been able to sort it out.
I have a dlink dsl2500u router, a gigabit 8 port switch and a intellinet wireless access point.
All of which work well...
I am able to make a ppp connection from the laptop(dial in)...this works ok.
But none of my other wireless devices work.
My cell connects to the wireless network ok...and I can browse a music server running on one of the pc's.......but no internet access.

Check that the wireless & dlink are on the same subnets e.g. 192.168.0.x the first 3 octets must be the same. Also check that the wireless ap's gateway points to the dlink

The subnet is ok...but I am not sure where in the wireless gateway setting is in the ap.
