ADSL sh*t slow!!

Is anyone else experiencing VERY SLOW loading on sites? Applies to both local & international.

I'm using a TI account and I'm in Pretoria.

On OpenWeb ADSL Uncapped express here, speed is so bad that I had to refresh this page 3 times. I can't even open google's homepage.
