My ADSL line has been down since 25th dec. The ADSL sync light keeps flashing suggesting a problem that the line won't sync. I've logged a fault with telkom. I call everyday to see what the delay is and I'm told I'm in a queue waiting for a technician. Why is it taking this long to fix what is probably some software reset on their side?
Is there any other way to get this fixed faster, or is Xmas always slow like this?
