ADSL Telkom migration

Hey Guys,

I've migrated my ADSL line back to Telkom from WebAfrica (on 01/05/2014). My line is working fine and everything but it is at a slower speed. It used to be 8mb and is only 4mb now. Also I have no idea where/how to manage my line with telkom? Is there a client portal where I can manage it or should I contact telkom?

EDIT: Found out my line is quite noisy and that is why I only get 4mb. Logged a fault with Telkom. Still would like to know where/how I can manage my line though.

Log a fault with TelkomZA on the forum to get faster results(most of the time:p)
 
I logged a ticket with Telkom yesterday at about 8pm and this morning 9 am they called me and said they would look into my problem. At about 1pm today my internet was fixed and everything was syncing fine again. My line is running at 6Mbit but my line quality is good enough to run at 10Mbit. Is there anywhere I could change the speed on Telkom's website?

Also just want to thank Telkom for the great service.
