I also pay via EFT. I didn't check the client area to see if it's credited ;)

I must confess, I made a stuff up when I bought the last time and posted on their forums and it was sorted, but getting invoiced again after 3 weeks? Not cool.
Which account was this?

Only prepaid accounts are once-off, all other accounts bill you automatically for another account at the beginning of the next month unless you explicitly choose to cancel the service at the end of the month.

It was prepaid. I don't have money to pay for a standard account lol :p ;) :D That's why I've got telscum, hehehe

I'm not quite sure what was meant by "do not offer top-up if you use another ISP" as if you have an account with us there is no limitation as far as topping up is concerned. Perhaps when enquiring with the support individual he confused the fact, believing you to have asked if we offer top-ups on accounts from other ISP's? Naturally this would be impossible.

Could you give me the name of the person who told you this, or personal message me your client code if you sent in a support ticket so I can investigate this further for you, thanks.

warichard ;) He is a Telkom ISP customer, essentially looking to "top up" his bandwidth. He is probably a new ADSL user and therefore needs "prepaid" bandwidth, but he didn't know it's called prepaid bandwidth.

I think he went with Axxess though.

I understand there may have been miscommunication or misunderstanding somewhere between him and ourselves, I would still like to get the information of the individual he spoke to (or ticket # if he sent one in) so that I can investigate to determine whether the problem arose on our side or not, and if it did, to ensure that it doesn't happen in the future. We can't go giving out bad information or you end up with confused customers or in this case end up losing a potential customer.

I apologies for the misunderstanding - Web Africa offers prepaid top up with instant activation you can choose any payment method (credit card, direct deposit, EFT or debit order).
