Same this side - apart from that the emails and website readings stayed the same for the past 2 days, my emails and website info is also out of sync by 24 hours, with the web info trailing behind.
How the heck does Telkom expect me to control my usage if they can not provide me with the correct info?
The same here. Please let me know if you are billed for these days’s usage at a later stage. If Telkom does ‘not feel’ like measuring our usage for a certain period it is great, but it is not acceptable that they ‘change their mind’ later. Should there be a problem with the equipment they must take responsibility for the mistake and the user should not suffer.
Same here, no change in 3 days. What I'm worried about is that I'm very close to being capped and all of a sudden it's going to hit me. I've been trying to monitor my Telkom usage closely due to strange usage patterns of late, but how on earth am I supposed to do this when you can't rely on the tools they offer??
I'll end off here before I start swearing in frustration.

I'm experiencing the exact same. I've been stuck on 2.7gb since friday, thus i have unlimited international. RPM, I'm not only worried that they'll bill us at a later stage for it, but that they may also add the bandwidth to next month's cap.

This happened to me for about 2 weeks!!!
2 weeks later i checked the usage monitor to find out that telkom had been monitoring my usage - they just hadnt felt like updating the site[!]
