Stupid question:confused:
after for holding for an hour last nite trying to get a consultant to tell me how to find the 'order no' - it did not happen. so can someone tell me where I can find this or do I have to hold for an hour again today:mad:

Just call and stay on the line... it's a free call :)

Everyone has this problem, learn to live with it.

I'm not even being sarcastic... it's a sad fact of life.

Call either the account queries 10210 or new orders 10219 number - they are usually quicker to answer if they can get a new client or receive money. Just pretend you want to order ADSL and don't no what happened to to your original order. Trick them in giving you your order number.

Spending 2-3 hours on the phone is not free. Regardless of lost income issues, my time is better spent doing something else - like wasting it on this forum. :D

How did u apply for ADSL, Customer service branch(CSB) or Sales Reps, easisest is CSB. request outstanding order numbers against your telephone number
