Mine finally went away itself. It seems if your line sync better than required for the speed you on, it eventually goes to fastpath. Also make sure there are not errors on your line, as well as that you reboot the router as little as possible. Every time you reboot the router, the assia system sees it as an issue, and then try to sync you at lower stats, including slower speeds and interleave mode. Best advice, try to keep the line sync stable, and as long as possible. Takes 1 day for mine to go bad, but 3 weeks to go better.

Got a new line installed today. Excellent stats. Attenuation of 18dB and SNR of 24dB syncing fine with no errors @ 10234k but I'm stuck on interleaved mode again.... Did pm Telkom to see if he/she can change it for me back to fast path.

So Telkom Rep can no longer edit your profile to move you from fast path to interleave or from interleave to fast path..... Sucks

@cavedog , sorry to hear :(. Atleast you gave it a try.

Sounds like an alternative above may help even though it will take time and a bit of luck as per Tinuva. :)

They sure can still switch your profile from Interleave to Fast Path. Just got mine switched 5 minutes ago.
