Advice: Decent cordless mouse

Apologies for Hijacking this post, but does anyone know where I can get a PINK cordless notebook mouse for under R300?
btw...it's for the lady....

Where did you get the mouse from?

Cool find and I'd also like to know where you got it from. Its design and ergonomics look very similar to the MX 1000, which I barely use these days.

I got it from a local store called PC Zone. It's the PJ-MS03 model, they seem to make three different sizes (MS01&2) and that is the biggest one. I like this mouse so much I think I'm gonna buy 3-4 more and keep them in storage for when it eventually dies. The countours and indents are heaven, the depressions for your fingers on the top buttons makes a big difference to normal mice.

The profile is lower than the MX 1000 which I have held before.

I see Zaps are also selling them for R144, http://www.zaps.co.za/index.php?pid=30197

I will try and find out who the distributor is so we could possibly source them from more places.

If you guys cannot get hold of one I would be more than willing to buy it and ship it to you if you dont come right.

Edit: I think ASBIS might be the local distributor.

To ressurect an old-ish thread, but the hunt for a size 11 mouse in a size 5 world is still on. Independently from Ponder, I came across the same Prestigio Large mouse from Nivo for R209. It's a good size, with a better feel than the Logitech MX rechargeable I have. The LX7 still has the best heft and feel, but this is starting to give right-click problems. Anyway, the Prestigio is lighter than what I'm used to but has a good size, is more comfortable than the large Logitechs, so I can recommend it for now. One caveat -it operates at 2.4Ghz and was very sensitive to my WAP, so I've taken it to the office.

Oh, the other day at PC Zone I saw they had new Prestigios in which are much bigger than my current one.

Probably the Prestigio Large which I've now got. Quite nice, the dimensions are good although lacking the quality, heft and feel of the LX7, but the right dimensions. I'm keen try out the Logitech Trackballs but they seem to have gone off the market? More important to me now though, is the hunt for a decent mechanical keyboard (a la the old IBM Model M).

You can improve that by adding lead on the inside if that is what you are after. Many mice have this done at the factory.
