I'd like to add my voice to the praise of Graham @ AeroVPS. I had trouble on 2 separate occasions regarding download speeds, and Graham seemed to know exactly what to do to solve the problem. He also kept me updated regarding MWEB's problems with certain IP blocks (resulting in the poor speeds I mentioned) even though it wasn't his job. Such a pleasant change from service I'm used to here in SA.
