Hi AeroVPS Clients,

Just a notice about our current systems, there seems to be a problem with our server's connectivity in Phoenix. We're waiting for an engineer to get back to us right away, We've got an engineer driving down to PhoenixNAP right now.

Downtime experienced: Affecting all Phoenix clients - 11:45 to 12:00 GMT+2

Problem was with our new IP block allocation, that caused our outbound port to switch off. All VPS are still up and running, and connectivity is continuing as normal.

We do apologize, and we're opening our bandwidth pool for the rest of the month- removing all bandwidth limits from all TF/TR VPS. This is only applicable for active clients affected during this 15 downtime.

Lol, a SA company would have just brushed off a 15min service interruption, how backwards we are...

We're pretty much done with the migrations, and we've decided to give all customer's who sign up now, or have signed up, affected or unaffected by our 15 minutes blackout downtime, unlimited bandwidth until month-end. Don't forget existing customers, to take advantage of our specials on addons released recently!
