Afihost locked account

Getting up in the morning . The account is locked . Why ? God knows . there is no body to talk to .

Same here, looks like Afrihost has not renewed capped accounts at the end of the month. Don't be surprised if a whole lot of Afrihost clients complain. I suspect we are not the only ones.

Same here.

All three of my accounts are locked and did not reset after midnight.

My capped account has also been removed from the My Connectivity page.

Afrihost has seriously ****ed something up. My invoice for this month only includes the free gig they gave away. Doesn't include my 10 gig account at all.

I'm sure there is a problem. My 1GB account reset, but the free 1GB part says 100% used.

They are getting there.

Normal accounts have been unlocked, but free accounts are still locked.

If they wanted to gain new customers with the free accounts, they are not going to make a very good first impression unfortunately.

I was one of the lucky ones, my account remained active.

But it seems the problem has bee resolved

surely this kind of thing is automated?
