Afirhost High LEvel Support

Still waiting for feedback on ticket number TQQ-699-15139 since 23 July.On Twitter,your guys says,"I will update you asap" ,still waiting.
The query is simple,why have you not allocated to me my voice minutes for July ? And I have repeatedly replied to the ticket online and you ignore me.This is shocking service from Afrihost.

Still fighting.. looks like the managed to trash all my data from the 14 July on my live VPS Live server, there problem is that they are so cryptic about what they are doing so I am trying to trouble shoot with 5% of the picture..

Hate to air dirty laundry as such.. Common the support hours are from 7 but the call center can't put me through to the Tier 2 team, they have to send them a message. and I must wait for them to get back to me....

Grr I know that process makes your life easier but business is about making the customers life easier..

They fcked my VPS up as well wiped all the data, one would think I'll learn my lesson, nope went back started over, they migrate servers, bamn wipe the DB.

Never trust an ISP to do you hosting.

Keep your adsl with AF/WA/CW
Keep your hosting and email with a hosting company

Afrihost is cheap for a reason.

Gonna have to find a vps hosting company where if there is a problem I can talk to someone face to face.. Any suggestions

Not sure where your location is, but domains is in JHB I think so if you live there you can drive to the building :D

But that won't be necessary, their support is on point.

They are also moving into terraco soon so will benefit from JINX, NAPAfrica, DECIX, AMSIX or LINX all that jazz too.
