Home and Business are very different. Home is a semi-shaped account, with built-in QoS for the best experience. We prioritise gaming, video and audio streaming and other realtime services over downloads. So even when there is no shaping applied, we try to give you a smooth real time experience, and will adjust download or P2P traffic accordingly.
Business is essentially a capped account with no limit. The only difference is we add a max rate limit for the line speed you pay for (e.g. 10Mbps) whereas capped accounts have no speed limit at all. Business is never shaped and has no Quality of Service imposed, so your services contend with themselves, or according to your own QoS settings on your network or router.
