Afrihoist Account Not Authenticating

I cant authenticate at the moment -- anyone else. I have checked on my account and there is bandwidth there so not sure what the problem is. The que at their call centre is 16 deep -- sigh. Must be some sort of general issue.
 
I just got cut off after being 12 people away from talking to a human:( I hate it when call centres do that.
 
Yes, I cannot connect either.

Is this some kind of conspiracy, not to allow us to use our remaining cap?

I was also off for about 20 minutes... Looks like their systems can't handle the load... either that, or they are employing incompetent people...

I just hope they can improve the latencies on their uncapped accounts... not everyone got uncapped for downloads....
 
My line went dead at some time after 6; my auto top up kicked in so have cap, but still as of now can not access Afrihost and have had to use my standby WA account to access the net. Oh well I am sure they will get it sorted out.
