Afrihost 10 minutes instant activation

Still no instant activation at time of this post ,
My account shows pending activation on the AFriHost Client Zone, sent my ID docs and updated my profile details as requested by logging a ticket. Responded to their silly ticket service via [email protected]. Tried to register on their support site to reply to tickets emailed to me, but failed to register on their support site https://support.afrihost.com . This deserves a refund or double my money back as promised.

I love Afrihost and also posted about how quick it took to activate my account but they should not make claims about 10 minutes when its not true. In my case it was just over an hour.
