Afrihost ADSL data rollover launched

And 2 for 1 topups, soft capping, 500MB of free mobile data and more turbocharges.
#JustSaying :D

Wow...just rejoined the Afrihost after about a six month affair with another ISP...All I can say is its good
to be home :)

Will this be announced for your mobile data as well? Considering your child company (Axxess) have a 3 month roll over for mobile data and a fantastic mobile app explaining data usage.

The Axxess deal was a limited special, I don't foresee this coming to Mobile in the near future.
Mobile Topups made do still roll-over though :)

Nope they touting it as a main feature. I'm not too fussed, just would like to move everything mobile to Afrihost, but if you have different business models but the same pricing and same provider, so be it :D

It may happen, it may not :) Far too early to tell I'm afraid.

I can totally understand the joy of an Afrihost user, or one contemplating switching to them. As mentioned previously, it is a step in the right direction but by no means ground breaking or standard setting. That accolade belongs to Vox for now.
These positive changes, irrespective of who makes them, help drive innovation, so ultimately we as consumers will all benefit in the long run.

They had to lose their Reputation and clients first.

To bad, otherwise this deal would have been quite lekke

Great stuff, glad to read some good news for once.

DSTV keeps screwing their clients and Afrihost keeps rewarding their clients.

Well done Afrihost.

Another one big thing they might do--- Changing the free hours from 6am to 7 am just like Telkom is offering, you need to get up around 5:30 am every morning to shut down manually, that's big pain in the ass so far.

Or you could just use a program that has scheduling.

My downloads are automatically queued for the day and unpause themselves at 00:05 and pause themselves at 05:59.

And look where it landed them. Try to find a happy VOX client on theses forums.

TY AH.
Yeah I've been using Vox before they tried to capture the entire market and speeds have definitely gone down.I think they bought the Telkom double your data deal on wholesale but the uptake was more than double unfortunately.

Schedule your downloads using igetter.....can schedule it to stop at 6am also.
