Seems there is a problem with afrihost's website.

I enter the voucher code as received via PM, hit the "redeem my voucher" button at the link provided - nothing, nada, it just sits there without refreshing / redirecting.

Tried the same process on a mobile device - again nothing, page does not redirect.

I spoke to them earlier and again a few minutes ago.
They asked me to forward the info contained in the PM we received - including the link, so they can sort it out.

As soon as I hear back (should not be too long) I will post details / instructions I receive.

Happened to me too. You pasted the code into the box, right?

Try this - instead type the code. Magic, now it will work! The button changes color signalling correct code when the last digit is entered. This does not happen when pasting the code.

Must be a bug on their site.

It's just due to the validation control they're using. Not really a bug.
