Afrihost ADSL pingponging?

Hi All

I noted that two of our AH accounts are not able to route properly to the WWW

They connect 100%, but there's no traffic throughput at all.

A while ago things worked, but now things seems to have gone the Way Of The Swedish Chef.

Can any Afri* support team member let us know just what is going on, it will be appreciated.

This sounds quite frustrating, I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling with your connection. It is very odd that it shows that it is connected yet there is no throughput of data.

Please could you send me a PM with your account information and I will take a look at your account for you to see what is happening.
