Afrihost ADSL Setup

Hi Everyone

I've recently signed up for a ADSL account from Afrihost and need help setting it up. I received an SMS from them two days ago saying that my line conversion was successful, and I've followed their online instructions trying to set up the ADSL but I still cannot connect to the Internet. I tried calling their call centre but I never get through. Can someone please help me. I have a Trendnet router.

If you put username guest@adsl and password guest in there, can you access www.telkom.co.za?

No. When I plug the LAN cable into my laptop I get a "No Internet Access" message.

What is the DSL light doing? Is it solid green, blinking or off?

Hey Man,

Ive never used this router before - but I just made these using the emulator on the site. Try it and see (I think your issue was the VPC/VCI. Just click next after completing every page
