afrihost APN down?

I use afrihost 3g with the supplied afrihost huawei WiFi router but all of a sudden I can't Connect with an error in the web interface "connection failed, the profile is invalid, please contact service provider"

I have only one (default) profile that's never been edited and have gone so far as to reset my device to defaults but to no avail.

Unfortunately the call center is closed at this time on a Sunday. Anybody else getting the same error?
 
Ok figured it out, i am a retard. I reached my cap. I topped up and I'm all good to go. Apologies for the alarmist title.

Sorry to hear that you're battling.

I don't think the APN has ever been down, but there was a day last week when our RADIUS server (which manages connections) was very slow, and some new authentications took longer than usual. Once this was resolved, I think most people were able to connect again.

Weird I had to log a call yesterday because mine was telling me I was capped, despite my control panel saying I had 4.8GB left!

This has happened so many times to me, it is beyond annoying. Happened last Tuesday night...again.

My APN is down at the moment. I dont have an internet connection at all. Happend at around 10ish this morning.
