I'm using a TP-Link m5350 device with my Afrihost 3+3GB facility. It was working perfectly until about 4pm today. Anyone having issues?
I tried to call AH but of course they close the cc at 3pm. Most convenient.
I've tried the following for troubleshooting:
1. My AH sim card in a Samsung Galaxy s4 - No 3G / H signal and obviously no data
2. Another simcard in my TP-Link - full signal with data
Strange thing is that my TP-Link shows that I have full 3G signal with my sim card in, but no data is available. With the same sim card in the phone, it shows a very poor signal and no data. Why would the s4 show no signal? I tried it in another galaxy s5 as well, same thing.
I'm assuming the problem is on the APN. I shall be requesting a credit for the downtime today. Getting fired for not completing my work is obviously my problem...
