Afrihost billing cycle

Thought I had till the 25th to make changes to my account, but it seems the public holidays messed things up. Billing run started 2 days earlier.
 
I also figured that out! I also find Afrihost is quick to email you with threats if debits don't go through (some reason my debits didn't want to work via capitec) Then this i was wanting to cancel my data but then it said something about end of next month really frustrating!

We've started our billing run on the 23rd for probably over a year now. With the amount of invoicing and billing we generate, we needed to have additional time to ensure this is a smooth process.

We definitely don't intend to be threatening - we simply have to alert you that your payment wasn't successful and provide you with information on how to resolve this :(
