Afrihost billing support sucks

I have been struggling for two days to have an account re-activated with no luck. I keep phoning and emailing and nobody seems to be taking ownership of the account problem

Afrihost is this close to losing a customer
 
Yeah...I also send updated billing deatils last month and this month they still billed an incorrect details....and this after I was told there system has been updated with my new info....ai ai...so I ma made an internet payment...:(
