I have been struggling for two days to have an account re-activated with no luck. I keep phoning and emailing and nobody seems to be taking ownership of the account problem

Yeah...I also send updated billing deatils last month and this month they still billed an incorrect details....and this after I was told there system has been updated with my new info....ai ai...so I ma made an internet payment...
