Afrihost blames Telkom - Telkom blames Afrihost

I am at my wits end between Afrihost and Telkom and wish i could just tell both to stuff it. . .
I'm a Home user on 2mb uncapped but can never seem to get online. Its getting worse each day. Afrihost keeps saying Telkom port errors, Telkom resets n syncs line and all is fine with them. back to Afrihost and so its been going for the last 2 days.

Why wont I move my line? well then i loose my value adds with Telkom (free calls call more time etc)

How does one overcome this - any suggestions - at about the same pricing.
Do i move to another ISP?
Can i move the line elsewhere keeping the value adds? (check webafrica but same setup as afrihost)
Do i move to Telkom internet

Suggestions?
 
It is more than likely the actual line rather than the ISP and so yes it probablyis on Telkom side that the fault is on. to test it you can just by one gig prepaid data from another ISP and log on with that. If you still get the same port errors and not being able to log on using a different ISP well then you know for definite it is the line and you know who to target all your anger at.
