did i miss the Special or did it not happen at all this month.

I thought this might happen.. With uncapped they dont have any extra gigs ... haha fail
 
well whats the point of 2 for 1, i switch between accounts depending on needs, and my afrihost has only authenticated about 1 outta 5 times on average. no other ISP im using has had that issue.

Im all for getting the best deal, but after they gave us the whole R29 special, why must you make comments like that? Sure, they messed up uncapped, but you dont have to be like that after they did us a favour. I moved to Mweb, but Im still grateful for the R29 deal and as a result will not say unnecessarily negative things about them. Behind that company is a bunch of people with families to feed so keep your silly comments to yourself. Karma is a b$tch.

I can't seem to connect to Afrihost tonight. I've been trying for 30 minutes and it keeps giving me an error :/
 
Me too. I then used another account to access Client Zone, it has a message saying that if you can't connect, you're probably capped and have to top-up. That's bollocks, I'm nowhere near capped!
 
I guess we shouldnt' bargain on seeing that special anytime soon. If Afrihost had "spare" bandwidth, they wouldn't need to throttle their uncapped offerings.

Axxess with their R19 p/GB (unshaped) is probably as good as capped offerings can get right now....

I still have 250MB odd left so I don't see the problem. I'm going to try and reboot my PC and see if I have any luck
 
Ok so it seems as if Afrihost is still around :)
