Afrihost cap useage miscalc

bought 5gigs already extra this month. today my 10 gig with the extra 5gigs showed ACCOUNT LOCKED. i logged in to find it says i used all 15gigs already even though i know i have 1.5gigs - 2 gigs left for the nxt 2 days. i bought another 1gig (2gig special). and then the internet worked fine. now at 22:20 i log my account again to find my 1.7gigs that was USED this morning is back now. now i have like 4 gigs for the next two days. grrrrrr. R29 too much

Same here glad its sorted. I have 4.3 gigs now to use untill end of the month. Now its thehe SEACOM maintenance story that needs to be sorted out aswell :)
 
Can anyone connect with their accounts after sorting out the problem?

I have 800mb to use but can't connect at all, they keep sending my instructions to setup the router and restart my pc. (After two of the other accounts connect no problem just this one)

Now its only 1 of 3 accounts connecting.
 
This morning at 7:30 got an sms saying i have used 87% and have about 2.5gig left over. At 9:00 i try and open an webpage and my account is locked. Phoned them and tried sorting it out. Will check later today if its been sorted, i changed over to an prepayed webafrica account altho expensive at least its working 100%.
Please Afrihost sort out ur updating of bandwith usage.
