Not looking great :( Are you also in the South?

Yes. Cape Town, Milnerton.

Not my line etc.... Vox account works fine.

Only tested because I noticed my mails were taking longer than usual and this mybb forum failed to load lol

Im basically trying to just use up my remaining cap. I've dropped my account to a 4GB as a "backup"

We are seeing some issues in the South at the moment :( To be fair though, I think MyBB has been having some issues today.

I concur, I am still using my Telkom account having switched during the weekend and MyBB has been playing up for me too.

OK... SO I'm still having trouble connecting to my mail server... Even on another ISP account. I cant even Telnet in.

Dont mess with my domains... because that is directly affecting my business.

Is your mail hosted with us? I believe our team are looking at some issues in our DC too - just waiting for more info.

International was poor in CPT this weekend past.
Didn't get much higher than 6mbps on my 20mbps line.
Appears exactly as it has been for the past couple of weeks. Local running at full line speed. Intl is problematic.

What's happening with the POC?

Thanks, will have the info passed on. From my tests, I think last weekend was a step in the right direction compared to previous weekends though :)

Terrible on AH, max stream rate of 40KBs on a 10Meg line, switched to Telkom and got a constant 1.08MBs on all streams.

That's pretty bleak :( I'm sure we'll start to see some movements around the POC stuff soon.

Uhm.... no... actually... since when is barely usable a step in the right direction... unless you are stepping up from completely borked!

yawn...soon soon soon everything is always SOON!!!

pathetic to be absolutely brutally honest!

If we could provide a NASA-style countdown, we most definitely would... In the meantime I will keep pushing to get a more specific ETA.

International is still rubbish - what exactly am I paying you guys for?
Get off your damn rear ends and sort this mess out.
No one is interested in your POC network when they're paying for a completely dysfunctional service!
STOP THIS NONSENSE NOW AND RECTIFY OR REFUND.
Absolutely fed-up with the evasive answers.

I applied for the POC network a week ago. I've had awful service since then and before. When is this new network going to be implemented? My Afrihost MTN mobile data is faster, has a lower latency and is more reliable than my ADSL.

This is our top priority at the moment, and the Team is pushing hard to get the Test Accounts available, and up and running as quickly possible. We're making good progress, but we want to make sure that we've got everything running as smoothly and well as possible.
