Afrihost CAPPED ADSL Feedback (MTN)

from my afrihost ticket:

Good day

I don't see a complaints section so this willwill have to do.

Support is becoming a joke. Gone are the days of getting a reasonable response time when things are broken and gone are the days of getting reasonable service.

I've got a ticket that's gonr unanswered for two weeks now. Another one I opened yesterday. No, don't use Christmas holidays as an excuse. My colleagues are in the office as we speak. We have 100 support consultants in the call centre right now.

Is it too much to ask to provide us with reasonable service? Or should I assume my money will be better spent somewhere else? If that's the case I should probably move over and press the big red cancel button.
 
Southern IPC congested again... Those upgrades... far too effective.
Afrihost ping on second hop +-350ms ping.
Telkom guest and a web africa account on second hop = +-10ms ping.

Just dropped in to see if was just me.
I am also having a hard time in Cape Town.
Low Frame rates, constant buffering and pages not loading until 3rd refresh.
I am sure that whenever AH close the help desk they switch off half the IPC along with the lights.
 
I won't move, this is Afrihost telling us to get of the internet and spend time with family.
