Me too, for last couple of days, AH been terribly slow, local seems mostly ok, but international slooooow. :( I really thought a capped account was meant to give you full speed always!

Pfsense indicates packet loss up to 40% at times. It is not constant though and it is my fail over account so I can't be bothered atm to see what is going on. It is only this account that shows packet loss. No loss on the other two accounts.
 
I'm also experiencing issues with my connectivity. Speedtest shows 3mbps+ on a 4mbps line but I'm lucky to get over 500kbps during normal usage.
 
My hosting with them is a disaster, but the website is all green

+1. Especially to the MMO I play. I have no idea how to test it but I know it's packet loss as my ping is fine but there will just be 3-4 seconds of the game pausing/doing nothing then it will come back. AH already made me give up on CSGO and other FPS games is it now getting so bad that even mmo's are breaking?

Anyone know of a way I can test to see if I'm getting packet loss in the game? Since there is no command like in csgo to monitor it anyone of 3rd party software that can do this for me?
 
Locked or not, it finally connected and used about 50mb before the error kicked in. But now the problem is his main account (afrihost 50+50) is getting the same authentication failure error and doesn't want to connect.
 
I just received an invoice from Afrihost billing me twice for Plus+.
One for R95.81 and another for R0.00 both for the period 2015-01-02 to 2015-01-31.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Im not upset as such, just worried that next month I will be billed the full price twice.
Not much I can do till support/accounts are back from leave anyway so I just wondered if it is unique to my account or a general billing glitch on a new product.
