Afrihost CAPPED ADSL Feedback (MTN)

Hell is it possible to do 15gb on a 10mb line under 8hours?!

My cap just disapeared in hours while just playing dota ?!

From 5 to 9pm i "used" 7gb..something doesnt seem right

But what bothers me is i only donwloaded 2gb torrent file last night and no downloads today?

My data just went from 22gb to 8gb in hours of doing nothing on the network..

I bought their top up data friday,5+5gb ..usualy you just get the 5gb but at times they give double on the top up
 
Anyone else having problems with international?

I am getting messages ranging from "Request Timed Out" to 404 the site is down.
after repeated refresh attempts I get the Page but Live Streaming TV stutters and breaks and Static Web Pages fail to load images or time out if I click a link.
I haven't tried a streaming server yet or switched ISPs, just wondered if I am alone with this problem.

Check with afrihost. They should be able to check what protocol at least used your data.

Otherwise do you have open WiFi for someone to hack?

We've been running tweaks all weekend, and we won't stop until things are running at level awesome, aka over 9000 :p

Hhhmm, it could be possible.
Did you have any updates running in the background? I'll gladly check the connections logs for you - PM me your DSL username and I can have a snoop around :)

Shouldn't have been any issues around this yesterday. Did you manage to grab any tests to see what the cause of the issue was?
 
Any updates on the netflix issue?

Also i was on 75 + 75, and now im on 50+50 and it shows that i have reached my cap and now is using auto topups??

We're still running a few tweaks, but I haven't seen any specific feedback around Netflix recently though.
Around your account - it sounds like something has changed - our system wouldn't have done this automatically. If you didn't make any changes though, shoot me a PM and I can take a look through the logs.

I did reply to a new request there has since been tickets in between. I asked specifically for them to refer to the tickets in my account because I can't recall the specific one I was suppose to reply to.

Still on quintus as we speak.
