Hey guys

Our IPC in Cape Town is seeing some issues at the moment, our team are aware of this and investigating. I'll have more updates as soon as they're available :)
 
Our DSL services in the South should be restored, let's give it a few more mins to normalise back up to 100% :)

Can you please explain the new capped bundle prices? This is the first time EVER I've seen it go up! I am on a 10mbps/50GB bundle and pay R450pm, why is it now R497pm? I know the 4mbps and 10mbps lines are now split, that would explain the cheaper 4mbps bundle, but why an increase on the 10mbps bundle??

Ag no. I was planning on taking up that 10mbps bundle from January and have already cancelled my current bundle from Telkom and know I see it is R50 more expensive. There is no reason why it should have gone up. I mean the 10meg line price is still the same. R50 is not a lot but I really bargained on it. Guess I will then stop the process of going to Afrihost.

Yeah they actually pushed the prices up now :(
It's more than what I paid (10meg line with 50GB), so there goes my ability [budget] to add extra cap now...

I just got confirmation from Afrihost that the Capped data prices came down (as seen below) so where does the bundle increase come from??

Nice one Afrihost! Almost 3 days and no feedback?? I know gave 3 friends that were looking at going to Afrihost and now the prices went up!
 
Sorry about the late feedback here guys, with the festive season kicking in and a long weekend we're catching up on things a bit.
The package you guys are questioning is a bit of a strange one, our system has adjusted all of the pricing in line with the Telkom upgrades and normalised the pricing to a standard structure - making billing etc a bit easier.

The package has seen a slight price increase, however existing clients will be billed what they always have should they not upgrade/ downgrade.
